Tom Ordway graduated from Brooks Institute of Photography with honors in both Industrial-Scientific and Color Theory. While at Brooks, he was constantly challenging himself to remain at the top of his class, which would pay off with an impressive reward later.

It would be in his third year at Brooks that he began work as an intern for world-renowned explorer and filmmaker, Jean-Michel Cousteau, son of famous oceanographer, Jacques Cousteau. After graduating in 1994, he would spend the next 10 years as a staff photographer with the Cousteau organization, traveling and photographing the world. Those travels allowed him to visit some of the most beautiful places on earth, including Fiji, Micronesia, Palau, Truk Lagoon, Turks & Caicos, and the Cayman Islands to name a few.

Currently, Tom works as a freelance photographer in Huntington Beach, CA.
